One on One Training & Nutrition
One on one training with Tom involves intimate training sessions where boundaries are pushed and improvement is guaranteed. Tom’s one on one service is entirely focused on the client, where each session is tapered to their individual abilities and goal setting.

Group Training
Having spent 10 years in professional sport, Tom is a huge advocate for team environments and group training.
Group training sessions are built on Tom’s philosophy of High Intensity Interval Training and combine elements of strength, core stability and mobility training in a high intensity session that delivers maximum results within a group environment.
Each group session goes for a period of 60 minutes where each client is taken out of their comfort zone in order to achieve a physical adaptation and improvement.
Group sessions are a fantastic way to train in a highly motivating and social environment where clients are encouraged to bring friends along on their journey.
Human Performance Group Sessions are tapered for people of all training abilities and the positive environment ensures improvement for all participating. Tom's methods have been proven build team culture and lead to improved team performance. Tom also provides each group trainer with a nutrition plan to ensure all the hard work done at training is not wasted on bad food!

10 Day Body Blast
For those of you who want quick results the Human Performance 10 Day Body Blast is for you. Perhaps you have a special function coming up or have just come back from a holiday and want to quickly eradicate body fat quickly the Human Performance 10 Day Body Blast will ensure you do so. Through a tasty meal plan and only 45 minutes of high intensity interval training per day the Human Performance 10 Day Body Blast will guarantee you lose at least 2.5% of your body weight.
For the price of only $200, you will be provided with the following:

2 x personal training sessions with Tom Carter on Day 1 and Day 10 where training and physiological testing will be undertaken

10 day specific eating plan detailing exactly what to eat at each meal tapered to people with busy lifestyles

8 x 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training session plans to be completed in your own time across the 10 day period (1 per day).
