At Human Performance, Tom understands intimately the frustration that comes with injury and can design and implement a training program to get you back to full fitness and limit injury reoccurence.
Having just had his first born child Winnie with wife Petria, Tom has established his new training service for Perinatal women to help facilitate a fast recovery from child birth.

Injury Rehabilitation
Upon advice and instruction from your Physiotherapist, have Tom help deisgn and implement your rehabilitation program to ensure your transition back to full fitness is a rapid one.
With over 10 years of experience in professional sport, Tom has had numerous injuries and has successfully implemented successful rehabilitation programs to ensure the risk of injury reoccurence is largely mitigated.

With wife Petria recently giving birth to Tom's first baby daughter Winnie, Tom has designed a program for perinatal women to help facilitate a rapid recovery post child birth.
Tom has identified 4 key areas which are essential to returning to full Human Performance post birth.
